Outstanding image, probably required much patience to capture. Photo in itself is superb, that you've caught the adjoining building on one side and sky on the other is a great credit to your skills and eye : this encases the image in pleasing colours. Very well done.

I love this! Everything about this image works.. from the blue sky on one side to the brick color on the other and the exposure and wonderful patterns... Great~!

I like the relative symmetry of this structure (i.e. the right side

almost identical to the left except for the walls on the right; also

note the two types of stairs in the foreground). There is plenty of

detail to look at (e.g. the hanging cylindrical lamps on top, people

walking, shadows, etc.) Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks. Rene.

Symmetry only REALLY works when it's perfect.

Here....it's perfect.

Perfect EVERYTHING including time of day.

Well done.

It isn't really symmetric, and it is the subtle asymmetry that makes the photograph interesting.

The asymmetry starts with elements that the architect designed: two types of stairs in the foreground, the cream structure on the right, and what look like white awnings on the left.

You have continued the theme through the positions of the people and ensuring that the disparate objects outside (red-brick building versus sky) were captured clearly.

Overall, a very successful image, one that I think the architect would be pleased by.

Rene,

A superb picture! This would be great for use by Union Station in their advertising or as decorative art inside the station -- also, I think that it would make a very nice, high-tech album cover for an electronic artist :)

I aspire to make photographs such as this one.

Keep up the great work,

Dan

WOW, you have one great picture after another. If I keep saying that another is my favorite I am going to sound like a liar. But now I am getting confused as to which is, THANK YOU for all the enjoyment. As to what I like about this picture there is enough said above that doesnt need repeating.
