Pierre Dumas 292 Posted August 16, 2022 Hi, Michael! We have here an excellent story telling still life photo, aesthetically and technically equally worthy! My compliments! Cheers! PDE Link to comment
Mrcreem 141 Posted August 17, 2022 At first glance I felt sadness to see a gravesite unkempt, but as I looked closer, I noticed that the flowers were still fresh. Someone was visiting recently , remembering. Maybe it was just the wind? I was happy. The photo had me thinking…. Well done. Mitch Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted August 17, 2022 Hi Michael, this cemetery scene not only has an appealing composition leading the eye to the tombstone memorial plate, but its gritty look and the colors work very well together to create a mood rarely seen in photos. I don't think William Harold Hansford (or isn't that his last name?) would have ever expected this kind of posthumous tribute to his last resting place. Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
