Great picture, Giangiorgio! Interesting light and shadows plus your skill turned this ordinary moment into a delightful picture! I wonder what is the principle of water entering the body of a flamingo? Do birds suck up water, or does it happen like in communicating vessels? Bravo Master! Sincerely, Tatiana

Tatiana thank you very much for your beautiful appreciated comment. Most birds drink by dipping their beak in water and throwing their heads back to swallow, in the case of the flamingo during the lifting of the head a lot of water is lost as in this case , ciao Giangiorgio
