What do you think about the cat´s pose? I know I like it, but the

cat´s owner did not. She did not tell any specific reason. Can you

tell me what´s wrong with this picture?

I think it is a great cat portrait! Nice lighting and pose. I know that with a cat, the pose has more to do with your timing than the kitty following direction. Well done!

It is very nice and interesting picture. I ´ve got 2 cats and know, how difficult is made cats photo in action.

Excellent pose! Not your conventional pet shot which is why 'mommy' may not have liked it: not the way she see's the kitty each day.

This is a GREAT natural cat shot, but it does lean towards a natural hunting/stalking pose.

This cat started going in one direction, and then decided to go a different way. As people, our bottom half generally follows the top half. In the cat world of more flexible spines, this contortion is done with ease. It may be a little unsettling to the owner who does not strike this type of pose routinely, and expects to see a rendering of her pet to look rather uncontorted.
