Much better than the previous one I commented on BUT:

Picture is unscharp

Background is disturbing because to prsent, not blurred enough.

I love this photo! There is so much captured, so much mystery! The flair of the subject's hair - is it the wind - her action - or the way her hair is fixed. The moment of the expression, or posed. The hint of lingerie, or just clothes. Keep going!
