nice blue. i imagine such a photograph to be printed to 11x14 and put up in a room. it has nice, intense colors.

Taken almost at night, 4 sec @ f/4, what do you think about lighting

and composition?

I looked at this photo, closed it because it was just going to be another sea\horizon shot, then reopened it because it was surprisingly great. I think that the vastness that could have easily created a "ho-hum" shot was greatly assisted by the two tones of blue that are almost identical, but not quite.

I agree with Melanie. The simplicity of line and color is what raises this shot above the average. Well Done.

Really like the blues also. However, because of the predominace of blue in this picture, the peninsula becomes extra prominant because of its contrast, and unfortunately, it appears to my eye that it - as well as the waterline - is ever so slightly off level. This is somewhat distracting. Otherwise, I like it a lot.
