HUMAN LIGHT INVADING NATURAL DARKNESS

Daniel, to begin, the image's title is perfect. I am always reminded of light pollution since I live in a metropolitan area,. To take night photos, especially involving the sky, I must drive at least 20 miles west. This image is both aesthetically pleasing and documentary. The vivid colors are splendid; those emanating from the buildings also supply enchanting reflections. I take it that the waterway is inland, given its calm appearance; yet the minutely small ripples also supply detail. Finally, the appearance of the top of a building across the waterway is unexpected and quite interesting. - - My best always, michael
