Yves Petronin 42 Posted July 18, 2020 I imagine the picture could have more impact in B/W. I find also that the model attitude is a bit to constraint, too "physical" to look natural. It would perhaps be more appealing to see the model just stretching in a more natural way, or just exposing herself to the sun as if to catch the heat, but on the sand, not on a rock, obviously not the most comfortable place. Phil_Light 795 Posted July 24, 2020 @Yves- Here I think the appeal for me was the rigidity of the model in her pose, like an extension of the rock against all the other mutable and moving elements. I like the diagonal rigidity of the pose cutting across all the horizontal lines as well. Just a visual preference and not your usual nymph on a rock image. Link to comment
