Frigid Faery

The frigid faery:

When her soul warmed to let others touch it, be it the warm ember of friends and family, or the fire of a lover, she feared a threatening control. Once of human kind where by nature lives weave together and interdepend, she abandoned her past by wishing herself of the being of faery in a winter’s night forest after a fight with her mortal love. The malevolent black faeries that hold stealth in the dark tree branches above quickly granted this human her wish in return for a breath of drunken pleasure each took from her soul of the human love it contained while granting her entry into their world.

In the world of faery she is now known as the frigid faery. Her wish became her curse. Every time she attempts to love another, she only feels the anxiety the black faeries replaced it with when drinking her soul.

There might be a little bit of all of us in her.

The cold little fairy. I liked the story behind the image. Angelina’s Malevolent was missing. Is she hiding in the tree? I liked the feline look of the little fairy. Is she hunting any prey?
