bernd_reinhardt 0 Posted December 10, 2003 Great colors and texture. This reminds me of Ernst Haas' The Creation. Link to comment
courtneyconk.com 0 Posted December 17, 2003 The colors just melt in your eyes! The old red rusted bolt adds so much to this photograph! Link to comment

afterthoughts 0 Posted December 17, 2003 This works. Just wish you got better focus on the orange rust left side of frame. Link to comment
w. roger keagle 0 Posted December 17, 2003 Actually, the DOF limit was done to draw your eye to the center bolt, which with the cobwebs is the focal point of the shot, could have used a smaller lens setting, as there was plenty of light. This I would think is very personnal...I thank you for your valued input. *R* Link to comment
tony bell 0 Posted December 17, 2003 Oh, this is really great. Nice composition and color. Very interesting! Link to comment
gauthier 0 Posted December 20, 2003 Great picture. My only nit - the shadow is too dense. Try it again when the shadow is less conspicuous, on the other side, and let this bolt talk. The funky colors and DOF are both very efficient. Link to comment
chrisnickelson 0 Posted August 10, 2004 Normally i would think of rust as something dead and ugly but you have brought it alive in this shot! this is one of my favourites! Link to comment
w. roger keagle 0 Posted August 10, 2004 Rust, natures own paintbrush, in time all things must yeald to nature, this is her way of returning to the Earth, what was taken by man, so very lady like, slowly and with grace and colour ! Roger Link to comment
