For Ricochet

Looking at an image Ricochetrider posted in a forum motivated me to try combining lines of poetry (mine) within an image. I used compositing to get this effect, and I don't feel it was altogether successful. By the way, the 4th line reads, "There are no clues to this puzzle." The subject of the poem is someone I knew very briefly as a very young child.

I like this. The poetry is strongly emotional and strangely mysterious. The image is multi tiered- although perhaps a wee bit murky, in the secondary composited image aspects. I think the words and image are a good match and even if this initial effort is not perfect, you have struck upon a great concept. I encourage you to do more with this!

Tom, thanks so much for your thoughtful comments. I'm happy the emotion came across, along with mystery. Looks like I need to perfect my technique, though.
