The content of the image itself is good but the quality of this image is absolutely terrible.

Scott Murphy, if you have something helpful or constructive to say, I’m open to it. Otherwise, you’re just being hurtful, and if that is your intention, I’ll thank you to keep that to yourself.

Not trying to be hurtful, but the quality of the image is quite poor. It suffers from terrible noise and banding, the shadows are very weak and blotchy, the highlights are blocked and the overall contrast very weak. Normally I would try to take the image and illustrate improvements in Photoshop but this image is of such poor quality it is not worth the time to try to fix it.

That’s helpful. I’ll look at the negative and see if it’s worth it to try scanning it again. Thanks.
