Leaf Falls

saratogatravel

Picture was taken aperture priority with a tripod. Levels adjustments made in PS. Intentionally did not fully blur water to add more detail.

Please give some feedback. I intentionally did not fully blur the

water as I thought the detail would be good with the rocks, moss and

leaf detail.

I didn't realize that low ratings necessitated commentary. Tom, I just loathe photos of water shot at slow shutter speeds. I love creativity, I love vision, but to me this is not attractive nor artistic. And certainly not very original ... any $4.95 Walmart calendar is filled with slow-shutter water images. I'm sorry. I'm sure you have taken many pictures I would love. I just do not like this effect.

I think I would have given the same photo, at 1/500 sec., a 6A 5C rating.

Most of my photos are on slide film. I have a few digital shots I might get around to posting. Free time is consumed scanning the best of the slides and printing them out. Eventually, I'll put some of these up too.
