sarah marie jones 0 Posted December 1, 2003 I like both the cropping and the broad "frame". Outstanding, provocative photo HGHD. Best regards, Sarah Link to comment

dougityb 0 Posted December 1, 2003 HGHD, Nice shot. Good thinking to change a routine (Twisting-Road-Disappearing-Into-The-Distance/Fog/Horizon/Forest/etc) shot into something more interesting by adding the human element. And a witch, no less! I wonder what your thoughts are about the twitch in the withces hair? I was wondering if it would be an effective echo of the road if it were straight. What do you think? Link to comment
gudermane 0 Posted December 1, 2003 Thank you, Doug, but I am afraid I didn't really understand the question. Sorry :) If WHAT were straight? Link to comment
dougityb 0 Posted December 1, 2003 It's a very minor point: Your hair is divided down the middle of your hair. half falls over the right, half to the left. I've known that dividing line as a "part" as in, Moses parted the Red Sea, to divide. I was just observing how a straight part, without the little crook, or bend half way up, would have made a nice echo with the road. Link to comment
gudermane 0 Posted December 1, 2003 Hmm.. interesting point !..There is something to it... Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted December 2, 2003 great shot, idea. A straighter part would only make it better for those of us that are odd like that. (Doug, you are not alone) You stuff kicks. Knicki Link to comment
fya 0 Posted December 3, 2003 Again, hat's off to the Queen of the Titles. No one does that better than you...understated yet completely relevant to the photo...or in this case makes the photo entirely. By the way; good job. Link to comment

fredericpascual 0 Posted March 20, 2004 My comment... is almost more than a comment...sorry for the french...but it s for you... only for you... that's not a witch...

barry_needle 0 Posted August 8, 2004 This is my folder favourite, Natasha. There is great style and thought in your work - there are so many possibilities for the viewer to imagine in your pictures. I especially like the square format used in this - such a powerful device in black and white work I think. Link to comment
