I think it might have been better to include all his beard, I suspect that he might be proud of it and therefore it would be an important element in any portrait of him. As for originallity, I don't think this portrait could be bescribed as original in any use of technique or in any compositional sense. Nice shot. I think best image out of the three in this folder at present is "Looking Through", a far more interesting image than either of the other two. Link to comment
erol_a. 1 Posted June 12, 2001 India is a fascinating (and often unpredictable) place to photograph people. This is a pleasant portrait, but I think though that I too would like to see it as a vertical. Link to comment
