I disagree with the above comment somewhat. There is one flamingo standing still that DOES appear to be in sharp focus. I like the sense of movement in this image, especially with the one standing still. At ISO 50 you had to decide to go for either a higher shutter speed, or greater depth of field with a low shutter speed. I'm guessing that at 1/2 second you wanted to emphasize the movement of the water and/or the birds.
