joe4peace 0 Posted February 25, 2019 I had just picked up my new lens. I was great and unlike any lens I had previously owned...Truly all purpose... Link to comment
michaellinder 16,613 Posted February 28, 2019 Joe, a most intriguing abstract . . . The colors blend together quite well. Yet, I'm even more fascinated by two other elements: the varying spaces between the bars, and (2) the simplicity the geometry created - one arc, and multiple lines. By the way, if you used your iPhone to shoot this photo, I'm a bit confused by your reference to a new lens. (A favorite!) - - My best, michael; Link to comment
joe4peace 0 Posted March 1, 2019 Hi Michael, The lens had not been out for long and was hard to get one. It was the 18-200mm nikon zoom lens. I is a very good lens through out it's zoom range. This photo was taken on a tripod at probably about 180mm at a small aperature for depth of field to keep everything in sharp focus. The bars are coming toward me and the tone is at a right angle to the bars..... 180mm flattens out the subject. pablowarko 1 Posted May 6, 2020 Wonderful combination of curves and lines, Joe. I like how you worked out the gaps. Beautiful colors and composition. Best regards, Paul. Link to comment
