So your focus is on the arm, not the eye, that's the first thing I notice. I also am not a huge fan of the pose. The chill bumps on her skin also make this look unprofessional. You can fix those in photoshop. With the eyes downturned I see the emotion in the shot, but it looks very unprofessional.
