jastrzebski 0 Posted November 15, 2003 I agree with Ross. I download only the photos I like most and consider worth seeing again. I have downloaded this one. It is so well composed it is hard to belive that this is, in a way, a 'candid'. Thanks. Link to comment
mark lucas 0 Posted November 15, 2003 Very nice - well seen. I think it benefits from the black and white conversion (even though I haven't seen the colour version!) Link to comment
jimmcnitt 0 Posted November 15, 2003 A great one, Terje. Simple. Powerful. Unforgettable... --jim Link to comment

agaudio 0 Posted November 15, 2003 Excellent perspective/point of view. The implicit lines formed by the tails and bodies of these creatures create a pleasing experience for the person looking at it. The textures and monochromatic color scheme work very well together and the result is this. I love it Link to comment
robert_murch 0 Posted November 16, 2003 Looks like an MC Escher drawing. Even the cracks in the earth add to the dynamics.... Perfect. Link to comment
smael 0 Posted November 16, 2003 In trekearth.com, someone added this pick to MC Escher theme. I'm going to look up that now to find out what it is since several people draw that conection... Thanks for your comments! Terje Link to comment
nomade 1 Posted November 16, 2003 Cameleons?? Are you sure that's the right translation? They look more like lizards...! Good shot, I would like to see more details on the animals backs though. Link to comment
laura2 0 Posted November 16, 2003 Terje, I like it a lot. The black and white works very well to bring out the earthy texture and silhouettes of these creatures. One question: Have you tried cropping about 1/4 inch, or about 2mm from the left side and the top? It might bring about a bit more symmetry and balance. Link to comment
margaret_s. 0 Posted November 17, 2003 Talk about good timing! What makes this exceptional is that you caught them on this wonderfully textured surface. The surface alone would've been great by itself, but having these two reptiles in a perfect pose is what I call luck! (or patience.. lol) Congrats. Link to comment
ciofalo 0 Posted November 17, 2003 Thumbs up for this great black and white, unmanipulated, formally perfect photo, only contender in the top ratings of the last days amongst a hoard of colorful, aggressive, vibrant photomanipulations (I always side with the losers). Link to comment
jacoangeli 0 Posted November 17, 2003 Elegant and original compo. BeW is the good choice ! Link to comment
