Trumpet Player, NYC

As far as I know, it's rare that someone walks into a picture you're

setting up to shoot and makes it a better picture. I was aiming at

the trumpet player, trying to use the rule of thirds to place him in

the frame, when this other guy walked into the frame.....

This is really out of focus.

This was the first roll of film shot in this camera. And one of the first rolls of film shot since I last used a camera some 20 years ago. I have tons of crappy photos that are in perfect focus.... *shrugs*

Been looking through your portfolio. The seascape is great! Haven't rated yet. Waiting to see unaltered version if you can upload in a 800pixel size range.

I dont think a picture has to be in focus to be a great image. I love the look of this picture, the composition the capture of the moment. The only thing I would like to see is the picture in black and white. Color just doesnt seem to express what needs to be shown here. Just my opinion. Thanks for sharing!
