Oh dear Gail: A sigh of relief accompanies this message, along with my best personal regards. This new format somehow hid the good old friends in PN, and makes it harder to reach their work with one click....as before. I was truly and sincerely missing your comments and your photography. I have reviewed your recent work, feeling fully rewarded by seeing such a special and personal approach to photography, always on the very edge of good taste, refinement and sensibility. So, I hope you can kindly apply this reply to most of your images, but this one caught much more than my eye....It grabbed an inner feeling of creation....maybe it coincides with Nature's beautiful although violent character and the lava still flowing in Hawaii. The intense colors you use, and the half-framing make this a suggestive image, coming out of a dark vortex. Magnificent! Into my favorites with a special note for sensibility and the beautiful roughness and gentleness of Mother Nature. More magnificent it is just to say hello again. Stay well, and I hope to see more of your work. BTW, I thank you profusely for all of your comments on my work, some of which dates back a while, but you are a special guest to my gallery. :-) DG
