I like how the foreground is blured to give the back ground all the attention. It gives the background a soft effect.

I like the concept, but I would have included more sky. Put the rail fence about a third of the way from the bottom. Also put it on a tripod and use a small aperture to get more depth of field.

I like the scenery, but...I feel that the trees to the left and right merge into the trees in the background(which looses a feeling of space or pasture, the sawgrass and fence is nice...could that centered post be relocted?

I like the idea of framing your image - I try and do it myself - but I think you've gone a bit far here - the image feels a little crowded in. There are large areas of indistinction (due to wind or PShop ?) - I think you could crop out some of the foreground grasses and get a stronger image.

I believe it looks better with aprox 10 or 15% of foreground cropped.
