stever 0 Posted November 5, 2003 I like it! The way you "layered" the balloons here - partial baloon in foreground right, then complete baloon at middle distance, finally lots of "little" balloons strung out flowing bottom-right-to-upper left - it works very well for me. Also, very good colors in the balloons and very nice deep blue sky. Link to comment

vlad po... 1 Posted November 5, 2003 Beautiful picture. Very good perespective, colors and details (i guess the speed was not less than 1/50). Link to comment
francis_cailles 0 Posted November 5, 2003 Thanks all for looking and commenting. VLAD: I checked my records...speed was 1/250secs...shutter priority...speed was set for my 200mm lens...was changing lenses back and forth during the event, so kept the shutter at 1/250secs...no time to change settings as everything was moving and compositions were changing rapidly..Thanks again everyone. leopoldo 0 Posted November 5, 2003 Great depth and colour. the ballon in the foreground renders size and the ones in the middle and the background flight! Well done, great comosition. Leo Garcia / Venezuela Link to comment
arnabbanerjee 0 Posted November 6, 2003 Great picture. I like the composition and color richness. Only one weakness that I see here is the effect of polarizer made the blueness of the sky uneven. You may want to touch up a little bit in Photoshop to recover the original blue sky - specially on the top left corner. Otherwise, a great shot! Link to comment
dominic_. 1 Posted November 7, 2003 Very nice but I think the closest baloon is a little too dominant. Best wishes. --Dominic Link to comment
spohn 1 Posted June 27, 2004 Really nice - I like the "swagger" in the balloons - on the day I took my balloon photos, all of them were dead perpendicular to the ground - I think the bouncing around adds interest. Thanks for your comment on my shot! Link to comment
