Fruits In Portobello Road, England

I took this photo on a busy saturday Portobello Road market. The

vendor wasn't amused the fact that I took a picture of her fruits

without buying something.

Nice set of colors you have there. Creates a rather rainbow-like effect.

I did notice that few of the peppers are actually in focus, except maybe some of the red ones. I'm guessing that there isn't enough DOF to get everything in focus. Going to a small aper. would make sense, although if you're hand-holding, it might not work. In that case, perhaps faster film might work best. The last thing deals with the colors...even consumer slide film like sensia would give more powerful colors than the prints so you could try that as well.

I am amazed by the color. Did you send it to a

good lab or use some tools to enhance it? I have

a similar system (N70 & 24-120) and even the same

film as you but have been bothered by the color.
