Mike- thanks. It was the 70-200 canon, I had it pretty close to the birds and used a newly acquired phone to control the camera with a sony app so I could be away from the action. A little tricky since I had to wait till the bird got in the right place instead of aiming where they were. G

No, my primary camera is the D750. I do use my wife's a6000 on occasion, especially on longer hikes... Mike
