Somehow this captures your personality very effectively, Daniel, or at least how I imagine it. Your photography tends to be a bit dark around the edges naturally, as well as deeply reflective and this picture lifts that cool and shadowy world into the light where we can appreciate it. It really is a striking piece of work.

HelloMarie: Thank you very much for your comment on my last image. Thank you for taking the time to visit. Just a brief clarification on your interesting interpretation. In fact it is far from a selfie, rather, it was at night in a National Park, close to a geyser. The steam of the hot springs was kept down by the chilly air above. There was a stair wherefrom the last visitors were coming down to exit. So I took my camera and shot. This is the result. Thanks again and regards.
