David-Wisse 5 Posted January 26, 2017 I like the patch of sunlit rock especially Radu. Is there a trail to the top? Best, David Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted January 27, 2017 Patsy, thank you for visit and comment, glad you like this.David,is a simbolic mountain of my town, the city is left down to this and there are not one but few trails to top from where is an wonderful view.Just few year ago whole this area had more than 25 bears that came to limit of town where they can find in garbage containers food, was not at all a good thing and imagine how difficult was in winter time when is dark from 5pm to go home for lot of people. It was a phenomenon that existed more than ten years and very hard authorities succeeded to catch most of them and sent them in a different forest area far from people. But after they almost finish in this area in the regions they has there new place shepherds complained about lot of bears attacks.Last autumn I saw a paw print in mud in a 20 minutes way from my home place. So we must be careful even now,and because winter are no more like before with 1m snow and cold just to March they do not hibernate any more.A short story. David-Wisse 5 Posted January 28, 2017 Good story Radu. Yes, be alert on the trails. Here in Michigan - bears, wolves, and mountain lions are expanding their range southward into my area. It's exciting to have the large predators back, but somewhat disconcerting as well! Link to comment
