Jökulsá á fjöllum canyon

Taken near midnight on summer solstice, in northern Iceland. Your

Peter,  Nice image in excellent light.   Iceland has got to be a photographer's wonderland.  Do you think that the lower foreground should be exposed more to capture the rock detail there?   Thanks for sharing this.  Larry

Hi Larry, thank you for your comment. Indeed, the light was marvellous that night. I wish we had not been so tired after driving over 500km from the southern Iceland to escape from bad weather. On my monitor, the lower part is just right to me, I did brighten it a bit in PP, but I wanted to keep the bottom darker than the rest, as it was in the shadow. Best wishes. Peter
