Seems you have some snow there and all trees covered by a thick blanket, also lot to dig round the house.

Hi Tony, The lights create a bit of warmth for the image. It's a picture post card with the nice clean snow, a virtual winter wonderland;-) I've been away from PN for a bit due to a bout with pneumonia around the holidays so I want to take this moment to wish you and your family a very belated Happy Holidays. Take care.

Best Always, Holger

Thank you for your visit and kind words. Almost hard to believe that in Spring, this will all go away revealing a nicely manicured lawn with flowers along that foreground post.  Holger I am sorry to hear about your malady and trust you are feeling much better. Late October I went through a difficult time with bronchitis and finally had to see a doctor to resolve that. The doctor thought I had pneumonia  but a chest Xray said no. Two years ago I had a pneumonia vaccine which is supposedly good for life and that may have prevented the bronchial progression to pneumonia. You may want to make inquiries about that vaccine for yourself.

This house is at an intersection of Beaujolais and Berlioz streets in Candiac. Candiac is divided into sections where all the names start with a particular letter and so, this is the "B" section. Other street names in this area are Banff, Barcelone, Bercy, Bretagne, Baffin and Boheme.

All the best,

Once again your mastery of light created a scene of wonder and magic with just the right warmth of color. Kind of reminds me of the song "Baby It's Cold Outside".
