d2 0 Posted January 2, 2017 Wonderful image! Love the framing. I can't tell if you shot it with b&w film, or converted from color - but either way b&w was a good choice for this image.Just one thing I wonder about - I feel like the upper left corner presents a minor tension point, which is a tad distracting. In the bottom of the image, the black tree branch bleeds entirely off the edge, but in the top left the branch dips down and you can see a sliver above it. I'm wondering if filling it in black in photoshop would be something to try. Of course if this is a traditional film/darkroom print, or you're a purist and don't like that sort of digital manipulation, it's fine and not a big deal. Just a thought. Great image!! Donna Stavis 0 Posted January 3, 2017 This is a cool composition. The framing of the branches almost resembles an eye with the small branches as if they carried blood. Makes for a really cool inside/outside view and certainly presents the Eiffel Tower in an interesting, thoughtful way. Link to comment
