You've certainly captured the strong colour in the lights, but I'm really not sure it was a good move to turn the camera sideways; the difference in scale in the two scenes looks awkward here and I actually find my attention more on the textured landscape than the wonderful scene in the sky. A wider landscape orientation I think would have done one or other or both of the scenes more justice.
