I like this image very much - fire and ice with a pleasing composition.  I consider this to be very Good.  IMHO if you want to move it to the next level,  there is some ice and snow in multiple areas where the highlights have no detail. You will get different opinions on this but most people agree that very light colors attract the eye so the question is does the quantity of whites without details detract from the rest of the image? 

Solution? most cameras show flashing on the screen where highlights have been lost. In this case you might want to capture a 2nd shot with less exposure.

I am noticing the regions you point to, and yes they are a bit too bright and lack detail. Especially the patch just above the reflection and a few patches at the bottom. 

I will remember this, and it is predicted it is going to snow soon. I hope to get some shots!
