For me, one of the things that really makes this portrait is the inclusive perspective which you employ. The angle, which allows the inclusion of the building in such a dynamic way and gives the woman such presence, is very suitable and really helps tell a story about this woman. Composition can be so important to a good portrait and this is good without being intrusive or obvious. Allowing that bit of sky be elevating your lens in this way also helps create a sense of scale and place. It's a poised and respectful photo.
