Art? Glamour? What do you think?

I like the tight crop and she is a lovely girl.

Hum... Looks like a shot from a Playboy magazine! Does the subject really need to SHOW her breast?

I'm not a huge fan of nudes, as they all blur into mostly the same old poses with minor variations, and I usually end up just scrolling through nudes after looking at the first few frames. This image though, is very thoughtful and original. The image is balanced and cropped and exposed beautifully. All the elements equal each other in weight, with the eyes and nipple anchoring both ends of the image. My eye goes all over, looking at nicely weighted blocks of color and form that all seem to interact. You captured a great "alive and vibrant" look in the model's face and eyes, and the act of holding up her top to reveal her breast is both defiant and quite sexy. The image stirred my emotions around, made me really look, and showed me technical uniqueness, and that's what it's all about. I rated this high. Interesting disparity...some people rated this quite low...I would love to have heard comments about that. Really a stunning presentation. Nice job.

I'm not sure about this..it's like she's saying "this is my breast, do you like it?" or something like that, but I also agree with Laurence about originality, composition & her expression.

Yeah, I just had to come back to this again.

 

Ivanna asked, "Is it Art, or is it Glamour?" I think that this image evokes both of those venues. Both Timo and Eddie commented about the blatant display of the breast...well, that is probably one of the factors that moved me on this particular image...the deliberateness of the pose is what made it different than what I usually see in the nude category. In fact, I don't know that I would call this a "nude"...I think it's more of a statement of collaboration between Ivanna and model, and I have a feeling it wasn't a "stone cold" pose...rather I'm betting it was just one snap of the shutter while the model was animating through movements, and the expression is natural enough that I think it's perfectly candid in its essence. Then, I'm thinking that Ivanna cropped it later. Anyway, before I get way too carried away in all this writing about one image...the biggest thing to me on this is that it's not the usual "artsy" nude pose with the model all twisted into weird positions with "special shadows" and all that. It is simply a bright, cheerful, and playful image that rocks me. Your mileage may vary...in fact, judging by the differences in ratings, our mileages DO vary! :-) That's the fun part.

Laurence, what nudes have been loking at and passing by? This is horrible. You don't show a breast like this...composition and technical ability? Geez, the back ground is the wrong colour (or her top is) and it's in focus...is that gold paisley's?

I don't think it classifies as fine art, but I do think the shot is well done

She's cute that's for sure, but I once knew a girl who had two of those!

Very much details within the frame, but not overcrowded. All balanced, from design of the wallpaper on the background wich isn't 'too much' to sparkling eye's. Tough job getting it this way on film ?! Love it.

I am sorry although the picture has good tone and is technically clean and the girl being good looking, this one resembles those from adult magazines and suggests cheapness, sorry.

the way she shows her breast i have to admid it makes me hungry, but it is all very virtual. question of this is art, rather hard to say in`t it, glamour? hardly yours, mike.

beautiful model wasted with a cheesy pose. all the high ratings are proof that this site is frequented by male horndogs. there are so many better nudes on the Top Photos page right now. why is this one so highly rated? oh, well. my two cents.

The model is pretty, as is her breast, and I like the color and tone of the picture. But does this picture say anything? Not really. Does it have an emotive impact? No. It's not really even that good of an exhibition of the delicate curves of the female form, because all that is seen of her body is the circle of the nipple.

 

Technically well done, but there's just not much substance beyond a pretty smile and a nipple.

there was someone posting nude photos, of a lovely young asian woman, claiming them to be "self portraits",using the name, Takinda Piz(taking a piss)...lots of people giving lots of comments , only to find out it was a hoax....the account has been deleted
