Used in-camera meter pointed at brightest highlights, then opened 2 stops. Sacrificed the highlights a bit in order to bring out the water texture, and the sun rays. Manipulated slightly using a small level of Sharpen, and also put a dark fading gradient around the border. Colors are true.
