Henry, This is a lovely scene.  Is it a photo of a painting or a landscape photo?

The image has lots noise and a green/blue cast which you can reduce in editing.  Of course, if this is a photo of a painting you may want to leave it alone.

This is a landscape photo, edited in an attempt to create a painterly effect. I suspect the noise and coloration comes from added layered textures to create that effect. I am far from an expert on this but do like the result as a painting perhaps but clearly not as a perfect photograph.

It feels like my grandparents had a painting like that on their wall. The square/portrait ratio is rare for such a painting though.
