Super shot, Amy. You'd have to say it's a bizarre image if you didn't know it was Halloween. The monochrome image on the screen really stand out against the subdued color of the rest of the picture. A real zombie jamboree!

:-) This is actually preparation for Day of the Dead, celebrated here in Mexico. It's quite the holiday (today, November 2, is the actual day). People make alters to their deceased loved ones, but lots of celebrations and costumes abound.

Actually, I'm kind of familiar with that day. I went to Catholic school and the day after Halloween was a feast day, All Souls Days I think it's called, which I believe corresponds with the Day of the Dead, the same feast day down there only with a particularly Mexican twist. The day after Halloween was always a holiday for the kids in Catholic school so we could go out and raise hell the night before without having to get up for school the next day. Catholic school did have its benefits.
