Bordering on pornographic.

Jim, many thanks for passing by. It's just a snapshot of a delightful and charismatic young lady, a student on vacation that I worked with recently.

Mary Doo, since you give such a wide latitude to the meaning of "pornographic", let me also give you my extended interpretation of the word. It applies to self-righteous, small minded people that feel no empathy towards others and view the world through the limited, biased prism of their own views. For me, that too is another form of obscenity. 

I noticed your gratuitous comments under Rudolph Kartelin’s work as well today. I suggest you take a cold shower.

John, I think the grayish background elements highlight her red lips, it's a good color combination. I also like the fact, that there is not much nudity in this photo, but there still is some,  so you can easily say this is a nude photo. I know your shooting style from the past, this is maybe a little bit something different than your usual shots, I guess it's due to the simple and smooth background.

Thank you Timo.  I appreciate your comment and point of view, but I cannot resist again quoting Helmut Newton who once said that  "a woman does not live in front of a white sheet of paper".  

Whenever possible, I like to photograph subjects in their natural surroundings, it often reflects more closely who they really are. It's just another perspective.
