ricardogirao 0 Posted September 6, 2016 Expensive cars and extravagant art from one side with a large river separating this world from the tough labour industrial world. This composition could be a social statement. I like how the over burned sky reinforces the tension between both worlds.Regards, ricardo Link to comment
nichroe 0 Posted September 7, 2016 Thanks Ricardo,,,The Picture is taken in Copenhagen in the old port,,,,,now rebuilt as a museum for tourist,,,,and VIPs :),, as you noticed ,,,// In the first place it was the sculpture,,,and then I realized that the cars in fact are sculptures too,, for good and for bad,,,back home i recognized that this was a good example of how man destroys the nature,,Man imperiralism,,,nothing left but the sky and the clouds,,,,,Black grey in concrete grey,,,with a cry of White above,,,,// my first B/W for decates,,,,best niels Link to comment

michaellinder 16,612 Posted November 17, 2017 Niels, I just read Jack McRitchie's response to comments you posted to one of this photographs. For me, this was fortuitous, since I previously found a great deal of interest looking at your work. This image is no exception. To me, the sculpture to the right of the cars speaks of the uniqueness every human being has, in a variety of respects. It also may address societal alienation. Whatever the interpretation may be, this is impressive b&w work. Link to comment
