Early June, a 3 year old, and a kite

It was a magical movement, the first time with a kite. (Mom and the

big sisters in the background). Exposed for the sky, the foreground

was really underexposed. Using curves on the shadows and midtones, I

brought color back, with ample noise. So I used Neat Image to remove

noise. What else could be done?

His eyes need more light.

This is a great shot and really captures the sense of wonder in the child...however, I wonder what it might have looked like had he been looking up at the kite? Would it have made it a better shot? Who knows? It's great as it is, but one still wonders...

Very cute. I do agree with above comment about eyes needing more light (thats the only reason why I din't rate 7/7). Otherwise its its pretty magical.
