Jeff,  Nice image.  The light on the bridge is excellent, and B&W is most effective here.  I just read a book by Bruce Barnbaum in which he criticizes the use of trees to frame images.  In his view, the tree often adds an extra element that can be a distraction to the central message or point of focus.  Do you think the tree trunk cuts off the left side of the bridge?  Would the image have more drama and punch without the leaves?   These are just questions for you, not negative criticism.  Larry
