I like her facial gesture and body language, the BW render is very appropriated for the subject, but I have some problem with her position in the frame, too centered perhaps?

You point about centering is well taken.

My rule is to center and crop the elements of an image I deem important.

Seven was my verdict and the average isn't yet 5.00! Nudes have most views and worst ratings! Kind of special hypocrisy!

Ha, I rarely follow "rules", I judge each photo on its merits.  I totally understand that someone else may not share my thoughts, but for me it's all in the pose and expression, love it, bravo ...
