This is a soft and pensive photo. Beautiful. The only thing that bothers me is the bunch of leaves hanging down at the top right hand side of the bridge. That is just too distracting and doesn't seem to belong in the photo.

Ohhh,  that  much better. It  is an idyllic and sentimental  fine art, like some of  those Monet  paintings. Increase (Selective Color )   the red, yellow and black channel lightly,  to get more contrast and  life to the image.
