andreasalini 0 Posted October 23, 2003 What's about composition? I like the twig on the right. Would be better without it? Thank you in advance Link to comment
the grey house 0 Posted October 23, 2003 Great colours and shapes - one minor niggle would be the patch of grass at the top right which removes some of the symetry for me. Great job though, very nice. Link to comment
cux 0 Posted October 23, 2003 It seems the earth near the volcanos. Are the colours manipulated? Link to comment
andreasalini 0 Posted October 23, 2003 Yes, Mauritius is a volcanic island, these colors are natural, I just modificated the contrast and make it more brighten. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 2, 2003 I really like this natural abstract, what a pity for those minor flaws that another commenter pointed out. Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted November 11, 2003 I like this a lot!! 7 colors? I wonder if there are more? :-) I only would have cropped the top a slight bit more so that there was no green (grass?) Regards! Link to comment
davide_roggero 0 Posted December 19, 2003 ... it gives the idea of a nowhere land, like the Multicolour desert of the Never-ending story. I like the branch on the right, it makes more colorful the rest, i like less the patch of green in the upper corner. Link to comment
irv 0 Posted November 27, 2004 I agree...take out the grass on top and the twig and couple of green leaves on bottom. The detract from the surrealistic effect..the kind of jar me back to reality. Link to comment
lucyhollis 2 Posted October 30, 2005 Nature?s paint palette. I would keep the twig, it helps give the photo a sense of scale, rather than being only just of colour. But the green of the grass, IMO clashes with the otherwise subdued rusts and mauves. Link to comment
