An interesting image, sharp and well exposed but there is too much negative space. The spider gets a little lost in all of the negative space. By placing the vine (or whatever it is) along the top third and placing the spider at the intersection of the bottom and right third, it not only eliminates the excess negative space but improves the composition measurably. The spider is no longer in the dead center, which makes the image look static

Thanks for the tip!

Since the spider is looking straight at me I'd probably leave it in the centre but it could be cropped tighter to get rid of some of the dead space.

At closer inspection, it is looking slightly to the right so this might work:
