The sepia tone mixed with the saran wrap results in a brilliant work.

It reminds me of what you might see upon death. I can imagine that others may draw similiar imagery from the work. Although symbolic, the piece is not overly instructive to the viewer and leaves enough room for constructive thought.

The only criticism that I would make is to dodge the bird just a little so that he stands out more. I almost missed him on the first glimpse of the photo. Be careful not to dodge too much, otherwise the symbolism could be much less dramatic.
