Scanned at 2400 dpi with a flatbed scanner from an Ektachrome transparency. Adjusted for tones, saturation, contrast and cropped in Jasc Paint Shop Pro. This is the second revised version of previous postings (!)

This is one of those photos that for some reason, although they

obviously are not masterpieces, capture my attention and keep me busy

over the years trying new variations and subtle changes in an attempt

to extract the best out of them. I couldn't really tell why. This is

my third attempt - I have taken previous critiques into account, at

least partly. More specifically, the cropping has been changed, the

shadow on the lower right has been artificially extended, and the

tones of the "33" number have been shifted from pale blue to dark

green. Now I would like to know what kind of impact the image has

after all this manipulation. I really apologize with those who have

already rated this photo in one of the previous versions - they are

free to change their ratings, of course.

I havn't had the opportunity to see your other derivitives of this photo, buy I like this one very much. The tones in the reds are terrific especially combined with the black shadows. The composition is also excellent.
