Didier; this image is technically and aesthetically very good, and quite engaging, comparable to your other Baltimore night image. Even so, I feel like I might like it better in color. The other Baltimore image just grabs me more. Nicely done.

I like the lighting a lot. It appears you were using a star filter. If so then wonderful work. If not then very wonderful work. I like this photo a lot.
