Guards of time

two minutes from the Moscow Kremlin... Cats protecting spirit of old Moscow... Places where the life earlier raged... And now only a wind... Soon all this will disappear also cats will leave... Withdrawing with itself spirit of time... Will come new, but... :-(

I remember Winters in Munich, after a while, you could not escape the permanent dampness. Everything appeared to be cold and wet, including oneself. Warmth was found in greasy cafes and overheated streetcars. I hope you are taking a LOT more pictures like this from old parts of Moscow. Most photographers avoid this kind of activity, because it is real work. Congratulations.

The sense of forlorness and abandonment is almst palpable! Great shot!
