the delicate plant opposes the rough textured wall - while the grey areas (where the leaves may have rubbed off the paint) seem to be accomplices of the leaves and hint who will win in the end.

How lovely.  I could contemplate this for a long time.  

Right or wrong, my artistic bent is to crop out the wall on the right.  I also agree with Tatjana's & Wolfgang's  opinions.  You motivate me at a time when I need motivation to get out & capture what's in my neighborhood.  Best, Len.

Healthy plant. Dated 2010 and it's still climbing... I think I saw it move.

Indeed, "so Japanese."  Nature finds a way to overcome an obstacle placed there by human hands.
